From growing coffee to preparation of an espresso - Engin Cansi, the coffeologist from Frankfurt, knows everything about this great plant. Because the branch’s design language was already occupied by cups and beans i came up with the idea of Coffeosi – a mix of agent 007 and a mafioso, a mysterious agent with the mission to bring the best taste of coffee to the client. He works clean and leaves no blood – just coffee stains.
